1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 8k8ph (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 8k8ph online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing our website at 8k8ph.cam, downloading our mobile application, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our Services and refrain from registering an account.

These Terms apply to all Users of the 8k8ph platform, including without limitation casual browsers, registered account holders, depositing players, and participants in any promotional activities. The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion, and continued use of our Services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered by a User on the 8k8ph platform, which enables access to our gaming services and contains the User's personal information, transaction history, and account balance.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive provided by 8k8ph to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds by a User from their personal payment method into their 8k8ph Account balance for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "Games" includes all casino games, slot machines, live dealer games, sports betting markets, bingo, and any other gambling or gaming activities available through the 8k8ph platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing legal gambling operations in the Philippines.
• "User Content" means any data, text, communications, or other materials submitted or transmitted by Users through the Services.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a User's 8k8ph Account balance to their designated payment method.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register an account and use 8k8ph Services, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and be a legal resident of the Philippines. The Company operates under PAGCOR regulation and our Services are intended exclusively for users physically located within Philippine jurisdiction at the time of access. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable forms of verification include government-issued identification such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of account balance.

3.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 8k8ph platform. Creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. The Company employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprinting, IP addresses, and payment methods.

3.3 Geographic and Legal Restrictions

You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or illegal in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 8k8ph Services complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations. The Company does not represent that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials. You agree to notify 8k8ph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, nor allow any other person to access your account. All activities conducted through your account are deemed to be authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, and activities occurring under your account credentials.

4.2 Account Monitoring

The Company reserves the right to monitor all account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, compliance with these Terms, and adherence to responsible gaming practices. We may suspend or terminate accounts exhibiting suspicious activity, including but not limited to unusual betting patterns, potential collusion, use of automated betting systems, or violation of bonus terms.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

8k8ph supports various payment methods for deposits, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), 7-Eleven cash deposits, and cryptocurrency transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. The Company reserves the right to modify available payment methods and transaction limits at any time.

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within minutes depending on the payment method selected. You acknowledge that processing times may occasionally be delayed due to payment provider issues, banking hours, or security verification requirements. The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All funds deposited into your 8k8ph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to reject deposits or return funds to the original payment source if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or third-party payment activity.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method and player status. Standard withdrawal processing times range from 5 to 15 minutes for GCash and e-wallet withdrawals during business hours, and up to 1-3 business days for bank transfers.

The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or accounts exhibiting unusual activity. Required documents may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, payment method verification, or source of funds documentation.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification of wagering requirements for active bonuses, completion of identity verification procedures, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.

5.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on 8k8ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Company does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or other payment method.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games offered on 8k8ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanisms that ensure fair, unpredictable outcomes. Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game interface. Players agree to abide by the specific rules of each game they participate in.

The Company prohibits any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated playing systems (bots), exploitation of software errors or bugs, or any other activity that undermines game integrity. Violation of fair play rules may result in account suspension, confiscation of winnings, and permanent ban from the platform.

6.2 Betting Limits and Responsible Gaming

The Company enforces minimum and maximum betting limits across all games and betting markets. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through responsible gaming tools available in account settings. The Company supports responsible gaming principles and provides resources for players who may be experiencing gambling-related problems.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected game rounds are void and stakes are returned to players. The Company is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or technical problems beyond our reasonable control. Players experiencing game malfunctions should contact customer support immediately.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by 8k8ph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are displayed in the promotion description and must be read carefully before claiming any offer.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type - typically 100% for slots, lower percentages for table games and live casino. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated after fulfilling wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

The Company strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, collusion with other players, strategic betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any activity that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended recreational purpose. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, confiscation of associated winnings, and potential account termination.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or through 8k8ph Services are the exclusive property of the Company or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The 8k8ph name, logo, and all related branding are registered trademarks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any portion of our Services without express written permission from the Company.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party software to access or play games
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your true location
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds to third parties
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or staff members
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our software
• Using payment methods not registered in your own legal name

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and potential legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 8k8ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

The Company is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, computer malfunctions, force majeure events, third-party payment processor delays, unauthorized account access due to user negligence, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and agree that your participation in gaming activities is entirely voluntary. The Company does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 8k8ph regarding these Terms, our Services, or any transaction, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved promptly through good-faith communication.

If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or equivalent arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be governed by these Terms and Philippine law. You waive any right to bring claims as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in Philippine courts to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property or violation of security measures.

12. Amendments and Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Users via email, website notification, or account message. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of 8k8ph Services following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and may close your account.

13. Termination and Account Closure

13.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 8k8ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

13.2 Company-Initiated Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for account termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, providing false information, failure to complete verification, or engaging in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, the Company may withhold any winnings, confiscate account balance, and refuse to process pending withdrawals if the termination resulted from Terms violations or fraudulent activity. In cases of account closure not related to Terms violations, remaining account balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. The Company reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for maintaining dormant accounts or to close such accounts after providing notice to the registered email address.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of 8k8ph Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Services are operated under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
